I’m a leadership and change specialist with over 20 years’ experience helping organisations navigate complexity and achieve meaningful, sustainable results. I’ve worked across local and central government, education, tourism, and more – often in high-trust, high-stakes environments where reputation, safety, and people matter deeply.
Throughout my career, I’ve led large teams, tackled thorny problems, and supported leaders through challenging moments of change and decision-making. What grounds me in all of this is a strong belief that leadership, at every level, is about values-driven action – making the right calls in real-world conditions, with integrity and courage.
My work is strategic and pragmatic, but also deeply human.
